Website information
The website describes FotoValue's general approach and services. Availability, team composition, deliverables, travel, schedules and commercial terms are confirmed only in a written proposal and signed client agreement.
No automatic booking
An inquiry does not reserve a date. A date is confirmed only after the agreed booking process, payment stage and written confirmation are complete.
Custom proposals
Proposals may vary according to dates, functions, locations, crew requirements, photography and film deliverables, albums, travel and special production needs.
Portfolio and concept imagery
Public portfolio work should be presented only with appropriate rights and permissions. Clearly labelled concept imagery is not represented as FotoValue client work.
Intellectual property
Website copy, branding and original FotoValue material may not be reproduced without permission. Client usage rights, photographer copyright and publication permissions are governed by the applicable signed services agreement.
Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp and other providers are governed by those providers' terms. FotoValue is not responsible for external websites it does not control.
Commercial and cancellation terms
Payment stages, cancellations, postponements, travel, event changes, force majeure and delivery obligations must be stated in the client agreement. No generic wording on this website replaces that agreement.
